Le Due Corti Hotel is the oldest hotel in Como. Completely restored, the name is in honour of the ‘due corti’ – or, ‘two courtyards’ – of the cloister of an 18ᵗʰ-century Spanish convent and of the stagecoach and horse shed that was transformed into a post station in the mid-19ᵗʰ century.
Located near the ancient walls of Como, just opposite Porta Torre, the Hotel Le Due Corti is located in a historic building that has been completely restored and meticulously maintained to offer guests a lovely stay in a comfortable environment.
Between the courtyards, guests can enjoy a charming terrace with swimming pool, where cocktails and breakfast are served in the warmer months.
The hotel’s quiet rooms have satellite TV, with some options even having a bathroom with Jacuzzi.
In a few minutes on foot, you can access the charming centre of Como, rich in art and shops. A 15-minute walk will allow you to also enjoy the beauty of the long lake. The hotel is 600 metres from Como Nord Borghi railway station, which offers direct connections to Milan.

The Hotel Le Due Corti boasts the elegance of the Radetsky room, appreciated for its rich buffet breakfast with a wide variety of sweet and savoury delights plus coffee bar.
The refined Lounge Bar is open every evening, serving aperitifs, a selected selection of Italian beers and tasty snacks. During the summer season, these are served directly by the pool. A refined selection of liqueurs and bitters plus an interesting selection of the best grappa completes the offering.
Meeting-Rooms
The Carbonari Room is a large space dating back to the 1700s, created by exploiting the large vault of the old carriage shed, now characterised by a barrel ceiling and natural air-conditioning, thanks to its positioning just a few metres below ground level. This is the ideal location not only for meetings but also for private and gala dinners.
The Cafè Chantanle Room overlooks the second courtyard near the pool. With its large full-height windows and the mix of iron and wood resulting from the recent renovations, this room offers two separate spaces, with one on the mezzanine floor recalling a typical bohemian style. Inside the room is a well-equipped bar that renders the area perfect for meetings and coffee breaks.
All rooms can be fitted with a video projector and flipchart. Hotel Le Due Corti organises aperitifs and business dinners, gala dinners, receptions and refreshments.
