On the main avenue of Tirano, just 150 metres from the Piazza delle Stazione from where the famous Bernina Express departs, stands the Hotel Corona. Composed of 4 floors connected by a lift, the structure was renovated in the winter of 2014 and offers standard, simple and functional rooms, along with superior rooms, all equipped with the most modern of comforts.
In the elegant dining room, suitable for dinners and important ceremonies, a buffet breakfast is served which can also be enjoyed on the peaceful outdoor veranda in the summer months. It is possible to taste typical Valtellina dishes or savour recipes from Italian cuisine, both at lunch and dinner, at the Hotel Bernina Restaurant located a few metres away.
