Exclusive Villa
Completely renovated in 2022, the villas are ideal for an SJ Collection holiday.
The exclusive rooms are on the ground floor of a free-standing villa, containing a room with queen-sized bed plus a sleeping area consisting of 2 single beds for up to 4 people.
Outside you can enjoy a large and bright patio with private pool for a truly exclusive holiday, with the possibility of breakfast served in the room and a stocked minibar.
The exclusive villas have an air-conditioned area with individual control, telephone, TV, mini fridge, safe, bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
All furnishings are elegantly inspired by the tradition of Sardinian art, typically sourced from Costa Rei and Villasimius.
Start and end of stay, provision and return of rooms and umbrellas.
The arrival. On the day of arrival, the rooms and umbrellas are handed over from 4:00 pm onwards. The stay begins with dinner, so lunch on the day of departure is also included in the price (replaceable on request with a travel basket). It is possible to start the stay with lunch and end with breakfast on the day of departure, indicating such when booking (with the rooms still becoming available only as of 4:00 pm). Check-in operations are to be carried out by just one guest per family.
The departure. The room and umbrella must be left by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Checkout operations must be carried out the day prior to departure.
Late check-out is possible at a fee, subject to the Reception being available to arrange for such during your stay.

Recently constructed (in 2019) within terraced houses in the area closest to the lobby and main services, most rooms are located on the ground floor. All have a patio equipped with table and chairs. These rooms can accommodate a maximum of 3 people (plus up to 1 cot). They are equipped with individually-controlled air-conditioning, telephone, TV, mini fridge, safe plus bathroom with shower and hair dryer.

Independent Villini Family
Completely renovated in 2022, ideal for a family holiday. The Family is on the ground floor of a free-standing villa, divided into a room with a queen-sized bed plus a sleeping area consisting of 2 single beds for up to 4 people (plus up to 1 cot). Outside you can enjoy a large and bright patio with a lounge overlooking the garden. They are equipped with individually-controlled air-conditioning, telephone, TV, mini fridge, safe plus bathroom with shower and hair dryer.

Villini Family Superior
Completely renovated in 2020, the independent villas on the ground floor consist of a spacious and comfortable room with a queen-sized bed and a second room that can accommodate up to three people (a single bed plus a bunk bed), for a maximum total of 5 people (plus up to 1 cot). Outside you can enjoy a large and bright patio with a lounge overlooking the garden. They are equipped with individually-controlled air-conditioning, telephone, TV, mini fridge, safe plus bathroom with shower and hair dryer.

Restaurant
The Limone Beach Restaurant is a welcoming and familiar environment in which to spend relaxing moments enjoying fresh and first-rate dishes. Located in the most central part of the Resort and boasting a bright terrace, the restaurant enjoys an enviable location, facing the pool and the main square.
Lunch and dinner can be served in total autonomy, thanks to the buffet made up of selected foods and a great variety expertly prepared by our chef. Each evening, pizza is cooked in our wood-fired oven. Breakfast is a rich buffet, with both sweet and savoury options, plus a coffee bar.

JUNIOR CLUB
From ages 13 to 17 years, be involved in sports activities, dancing, games, tournaments, cabaret workshops, Hip Hop school, role-playing and board games, video games and much more.
JANE CLUB
The Jane Club takes care of the younger guests aged 3 to 12 years, with dedicated games, spaces and activities. The Club is open from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm, every day except Fridays. In the tailor-made spaces, parents can entrust their children to a qualified Entertainment Team in total safety. Many creative activities, games and workshops keep our young guests entertained. What’s more, an afternoon snack is also provided.
At the Jane Club, children have the opportunity to enjoy lunch with the Entertainment Team.
LARGE PARK WITH GIANT GAMES
There is even a large park with giant games, springs, swings, slides and more! For access, children must be accompanied by their parents.
Beach
The Limone Beach in Cala Sinzias has fine, white sand. Extending some 400 metres from the property, this beach can be reached by walking along a path. The included umbrellas and sun loungers are available for all guests, from the third row back. The crystal-clear sea has a pristine seabed.
All guests can take advantage of bathrooms and showers at the affiliated “Is Fradis” beach, which is a few metres from the private Limone Beach.
The entertainment, always present yet never intrusive, offers each day stretch and tone, aqua gym, sports tournaments and group dances.
